221 - Not bad.  It's so hard to believe it's already been a week since the surgery.  My/our life has definitely changed!  Meals have never been longer, walks have never been as regular, and water is the new Diet Coke.  I saw something the other day that I've adopted as my mantra:  "It is not going to be easy, but it is going to be worth it."
