This is the tale of my battle against morbid obesity. I have a husband that supports me no matter what crazy idea I've conjured up, an 18-year old daughter, a 15-year old daughter, and a 13 -year old son. I have a full-time job at The Medical College of WI. I am blessed to have amazing family and friends. I have so much to live for so I'm going to slay this demon and live happily ever after!

WOW!!!  Today is my last day of work before surgery.  It's my last day of eating solid food for a while.  I've got a bazillion emotions swirling around in my head right now.  It's going to be a tough day to focus. 

A couple things I don't have to ponder . . . the bathroom (finally done), my annual review at work (had it yesterday and survived), and my placement testing for school (no sweat). 

Then there's the unknown.  This will drive me crazy.

    Good Luck with your surgery Nicole! I will be thinking about you tomorrow! Oh and by the way, the bathroom looks fabulous!!!
