This is the tale of my battle against morbid obesity. I have a husband that supports me no matter what crazy idea I've conjured up, an 18-year old daughter, a 15-year old daughter, and a 13 -year old son. I have a full-time job at The Medical College of WI. I am blessed to have amazing family and friends. I have so much to live for so I'm going to slay this demon and live happily ever after!

213 - Here we are again; Thursday.  UGH!

It's been a very stressful week.  I've been on the phone with MATC everyday.  The majority of the time I just get to listen to some recording that is thanking me for being patient.  HA!  My patience has paid off (almost).  I'm registered for 2 of my 3 classes for the fall semester.  I'm having trouble getting registered for Chemistry.  My advisor told me to take it, but I'm getting a message that I haven't completed the prerequisite class - which I did.  Back on the phone to MATC, and hopefully I'll get to talk to a live person before the 4 remaining open spots get filled.

I'm also trying to get my 401b from Children's Hospital of WI transferred to the Medical College of WI retirement plan.  What happened to the good old days when you could just make a phone call and it was done?  I have about 30 pages to fill out.  This is ridiculous.

I'm looking forward to hitting the road on Sunday - headed to Three Bears Resort in Warrens, WI for a week of rest and relaxation, and of course - exercise and healthy, soft food.
