This is the tale of my battle against morbid obesity. I have a husband that supports me no matter what crazy idea I've conjured up, an 18-year old daughter, a 15-year old daughter, and a 13 -year old son. I have a full-time job at The Medical College of WI. I am blessed to have amazing family and friends. I have so much to live for so I'm going to slay this demon and live happily ever after!

176 - It's been a much better week than last week.

I scored a 93.5 on last Saturday's Chemistry test.  (smiley face)  My overall grade in the class is an A-.  I'm super-happy about that, and hopefully I can keep that through December 15 - the best day EVER!!!  (my last chemistry class)

Construction is moving right along.  The contractors seem to be here a lot more frequently, and we're seeing some awesome progress.  All of the holes on the first floor ceilings and walls were repaired as of yesterday; huge improvement.  Today is going to be busy - allegedly.  The drywall on the 3rd floor will be sanded and the painters are putting on the orange peel texture.

I'm so proud of Taylor.  She was inducted into the National Spanish Honor Society on Monday night.  I made it home from tutoring just in time to catch a ride with Jim to the ceremony.  It's a huge achievement; way to go Tay!

Reilly's baseball team is having practice on Sunday.  That's crazy - the season starts next spring!  . . . and football season hasn't even ended yet.

Have a great week!
