This is the tale of my battle against morbid obesity. I have a husband that supports me no matter what crazy idea I've conjured up, an 18-year old daughter, a 15-year old daughter, and a 13 -year old son. I have a full-time job at The Medical College of WI. I am blessed to have amazing family and friends. I have so much to live for so I'm going to slay this demon and live happily ever after!

159 -  Looks like I should be walking more and stitching less.  I am determined to have Hayden's stocking completed for her first Christmas.  It is not your easy peasy pattern.  There's an error in the pattern that I need to keep adjusting for, so it's a bit more challenging than usual.

My in-house meteorologist, Brooke, assures me that spring weather is on the way.  I hope she's right.  I'd like to get down to Hart park to use the track.  As of yesterday there was still a bunch of snow on it but one more day of sunshine and I think I could go with it.  :)

Reilly started outdoor baseball practice yesterday.  For his sake, I hope it starts warming up soon.  His first scrimmage is on April 14th, and the first real game is April 30th.  After that, he's got at least two games a week through mid-July.

Taylor is the envy of all of us right now.  She leaves for Florida on Saturday; getting away from this gloomy Wisconsin weather for 12 glorious days.  Such a lucky girl!!!
