This is the tale of my battle against morbid obesity. I have a husband that supports me no matter what crazy idea I've conjured up, an 18-year old daughter, a 15-year old daughter, and a 13 -year old son. I have a full-time job at The Medical College of WI. I am blessed to have amazing family and friends. I have so much to live for so I'm going to slay this demon and live happily ever after!

158 - Yesterday was quite a day.  830-1030am Work, 11am Root Canal, 130pm Diagnostic Mammogram and Ultrasound, 3pm 1 yr Post-Op Appt, and 345pm Blood Donation.  Oh yeah, and then 5pm - literally passing out on the bathroom floor after my shower.  My head is still pretty fuzzy today so I'm chillin'.

I'm going to attribute my fainting to my non-eating after the root canal due to numbness and the subsequent blood donation.  Probably not one of my better ideas.  I really like to pack as many appointments into one day as possible.  I think that has something to do with my OCD-ness, but whatever.

All is well on the surgical front.  I'm going to try not to get so frazzled when the scale isn't doing what I want it to do.  I go back in 6 months for my next check up.

Gotta go.  My head's pounding.
